Double Helix recently had a Q & A session at their official forums where members were allowed to ask the developers anything they want about Sadira. You’ll learn many things you may not have known about the character previously such as her origins and her strengths and weaknesses. Below you’ll find some of the best questions and answers from the session, but be sure and visit the official Double Helix Forums for the full rundown!

Double Helix Forums: What would you say are her biggest weaknesses, and what can someone facing her capitalize on to try and keep her down?

John Bautista: Sadira is definitely weaker on the ground than other characters, and has to utilize her air mobility to keep her opponent off balance. Anyone with a solid anti air can knock her out of the air, and then keep her pressured to lock her down (you just have to be careful of her double jump and Widow’s bite when going for your anti air).

DHF: Will there be a way for her to launch her Ultra in the air? Like the rest of the cast, her Ultra must be initiated from grounded position.

JB: That was a balance decision we made. Seeing as how she had so much ways to get into juggles, we wanted to make sure that she had to be on the ground before she performed standard (and more damaging combos), as well as her Ultra.

DHF: What was the hardest part of balancing a character which is completely different from every other character?

JB: The planning was part of the most difficult part for Sadira, as we had to make sure that she would not only function as a solid character, but would also work within the combat system that we had created.

DHF: Can you shadow counter Sadira when she does her air shadow moves?? Also why give one character all the juggle potential an take away from others?? Like only one eclipse for saber then he has to do something else but she can just repeat her air combos. Or when thunder does his shadow grab only juggle really is sammish but has no follow up?? Is it even worth doing??

Some of the persons have the problem of taking oral pills, they https://unica-web.com/watch/2010/courier.html sildenafil samples are advised to take other options. This results in an event where these vertebrae will overlap over the other. purchase cialis online What precautions should you take note of whilst on the cost levitra lowest ? Users are advised to abstain from alcohol or consumption of sleeping pills for two to three months. The medicine ordering cialis works by comprehensively improving the sensual abilities in men and helping them to lead a healthy love life with your beautiful female. JB: You can perform the Shadow Counter vs her air moves as long as you perform it properly, however it doesn’t mean you’ll connect with your follow up (it depends on the characters Shadow Counter attack, and how it hits). As far as the juggle potential for our other characters goes, each has moves with different juggle characteristics (some moves will be more effective than others), once you start experimenting with the system, you’ll discover all kinds of new and crazy ways to utilize the juggle system.

DHF: With her air mobility being so good what can other characters do to keep her on the ground so they can put the hurt on?

JB: Her air mobility is really strong, but if you can knock her out of the air, you need to maintain pressure to keep her from getting airborne again. If you manage to successfully maintain pressure, you can knock her out of the air if she attempts to jump, and her ground normals aren’t that effective at getting people off of her (you just have to be careful of the Shadow Counter). Some characters have some very strong moves against her as well, Thunder’s Sammamish is projectile invulnerable, and has a good arc to counter her jump ins, and Sabrewulf’s Shadow Eclipse shuts down her cross ups hard.

DHF: Are you guys afraid this new character’s airborne style, will ruin the online experience for many people

JB: The arc on her Widow’s Bite (projectile) is pretty limited in the angle it travels, she has to be fairly close in order for it to hit a target, so spamming will not be too difficult to overcome. As far as dealing with her actual play style goes, she’s very versatile, but has her weaknesses, you’ll have to learn her matchup and figure out the best strats (much like the fight vs Glacius).

DHF: Is balance a problem right now with four character types including Sadira or is balancing the game easier?

JB: Character balancing is always a challenge regardless of the playstyles available (though new playstyles require some additional intensive testing to explore the different scenarios that they can create). Simply having multiple characters, with their own unique attacks and mechanics can create interesting situations which we must evaluate in order to make proper decisions for balance. It’s a very tricky balancing act.
