  1. Still haven’t received an e-mail (tried registering several times before January 20, Pin Ultimate Edition is listed in my add-ons) other than the one three weeks ago telling me there was an error with my registration. If you can contact the appropriate people for me, I’d appreciate it.

    Love the game, but the lack of communication is a bit frustrating.

     
      1. Glad you finally got your confirmation. Still hoping these issues get resolved; I don’t mind waiting, but it would be nice to have some reassurance that this will be fixed and/or hear more frequent progress reports–I notice DH and Microsoft have no trouble communicating with players when there’s something new for sale.

        I registered mine around November 29th or 30th (managed to get my PUE ordered just before they went on backorder the first time). Before then, I’d only downloaded the demo and purchased Thunder. Hopefully that didn’t screw anything up.

         
  2. i register before the 17th completed the challenge before the 17th aswell i never got a confirmation email i register again 8 days ago and still never got a email

     
  3. I have not received my email. My address is metalsgdl@yahoo.com. Also, I activated my PUE after the Ultra Edition. I actually completed the first challenge before I activated my PUE. Will I still qualify?

     
    1. Sam they have already said that if you bought ultra edition and then activate pue there’s no way for them to tell you apart. Bad news and I was sad for many people I can look for the article I forgot where I read it.

  5. I have never received any form of communication regarding my pin ultimate edition? If you can contact or forward this to them I would greatly appreciate it. I registered on day one, and tried contacting them several times. And completed all current challenges.
