    1. ha, thanks. the Cyberdemon would be a brutal edition to Killer Instinct. I get chills every time I hear his roar during his boss fight. I can easily imagine the guest stage with the pits of fire & lava, sparks all over the place, the Revenants firing at the marines in the background, and Lost Souls flying passed the screen. I’ve mentioned before which themes should be the Cyberdemon’s guest theme, and some would say that the main theme E1M1 would do fine. but I think Mick Gordon has once again out did himself. there’s one theme that he did for Doom that I think should be the Cyberdemon’s guest theme since it’s already super bad ass: it’s called BFG Division.

now imagine the Cyberdemon fighting against Fulgore with this theme playing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pNkQMtZAMAw

  1. once again, I still think that the Cyberdemon from Doom has to be the next guest character, not General Raam. some people may not agree, but I think I have some fair reasons as to why I think this needs to happen. so, if you folks will bare with me for a few moments, let me explain this reason the best as I can.

1 – Doom 2016 (aka Doom 4 or New Doom, take your pick folks) has come out, and it’s kicking some major ass. and it’s reached a point where I can feel that Doom is going to dominate over Gears Of War 4. in a recent livestream, I asked if people really care about Gears Of War 4, and the quickest answer I got was “No”. Doom is more important to the FPS genre than Gears Of War, and the new game has left quite a positive & supportive impression. and for good reason. the same people in the livestream also agreed that this maybe the best game of the year. after watching some of the trailers for some of the next upcoming games, I completely agree with them. Doom 2016 is to video games in 2016 as Mad Max Fury Road was to movies in 2015, meaning that the old guy comes back to “show how it’s really done”, and they’re the ones who come out on top kicking ass and taking names. maybe George Miller should directed a live action Doom remake? (let that image sink in for a moment)

2 – the boss fight for the Cyberdemon looks bad ass. not only does he look far better in the final game than he did in the E3 trailers, but he’s brutal as f***. I can easily see him fighting off against Fulgore since he had a giant arm blade on one of his arms, and he shot a projectile attack the same way that Fulgore did, but with much more force. I can easily see Ultratech & UAC joining forces since they’re very similar. they also share one major thing in common: they’re both evil corporations who has complete control and is able to get away with doing some really shady & questionable things. Ultratech also shares one major similarity to Doom: they both opened a portal to other realities and unleashed demons into the world. Ultratech unleashed Eyedol & now Gargos, and UAC unleashed a portal to hell. and since Gargos is making his return, why not have Gargos & the Cyberdemon duke it out? makes far more sense than General Ramm and it far more awesome to see in the game rather than another soldier type character.

    last but not least…

3 – Mick Gordon is a f***ing genius. he did the music for Seasons 1 & 2, and he did the music for Doom. for anyone who has heard his themes for Fulgore & Cinder, you know that his music is absolutely amazing. I haven’t heard the entire soundtrack to Doom 2016 yet, but there’s one track that I just can’t stop listening to that would be the most perfect guest theme for the Cyberdemon. and, oddly enough, it’s not the main theme.

ladies & gentlemen, I give you BFG Division: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pNkQMtZAMAw

now imagine the hell environment from Doom 2016 as a guest stage, you pick the Cyberdemon as your character, and your opponent is Fulgore, and now imagine that fight with this theme from Mick Gordon, and it easily fits. BFG Division is easily the most bad ass theme you could give for the Cyberdemon as a guest character, and it makes one hell of an epic fight against a beast like Fulgore.

and with those reasons, I still stand by my statement that General Raam should be replaced with the Cyberdemon as the next guest character in Killer Instinct Season 3. I apologize if the comment is a bit too long, there was just a lot I had to say.
