Clearly fake since the announcer screams “Ultra Como” instead of “Ultraaaaaaaaaa” which indicates it wasn’t even a double ultra. Not to mention the obvious fact that the whole combo wasn’t even shown.
This is not practice mode. It is 100% in match, Versus mode. Meter refills during Ultra, which is why the meter comes back. Speculation about the instinct and announcer are on point, so it clearly is not a MAX combo…
