3 was a big disappointment, I hope that iron galaxy will repair the shit of double helix, who made no effort, each character has the same game (copy/past), no finisher, no ultimate, no imagination, no good playing

I never really got into Killer Instinct when I was kid, but I’ve heard it. Thanks to this game, I was finally able to get into the series and inspired me to check out the older games.

But the game is not complete without FULL roster of KI+KI2, is really a small staff compared with a modern fighting game and none speak about EYEDOL & GARGOS, they MUST come back, not necessarily as bosses.

I’m just loving the way the seasons characters will be coming out what is it every month or two it keeps the excitement going alot longer and instead of 6 straight away like last season you get the one every month giving you a chance to really focus on that character as apposed to switching between characters plus getting to play ki2 is brilliant seeing as never got the chance when I was younger

I am looking forward to the entire season 2 meshing well with season 1. This game has always been near and dear to me, even in it’s 90’s iterations. I’ve grown up with Killer Instinct, and to see it come all this way after such a long time, just as I myself have grown and matured, is just an absolute dream come true. Never had I thought I’d see the day when I could sit down to some Killer Instinct and it still be a current and relevant game. Double Helix brought it back with a vengeance and Iron Galaxy will hopefully live up to what they’ve started, and we will all rejoice and scream ULTRAAAAAAAA!!!

I’m looking forward to an expanded roster and I’M SO HOPING they bring Kim Wu back!!! My favorite character of ALL TIME!!! I lost SO much flesh from my thumb back in the day playing KI2 and KI Gold on home consoles(Nintendo consoles obviously)! On a side note, it would be cool if they allowed an option to play with the early (smaller)Ultras! Been waiting YEARS for this game to make a comeback! Everything so far has been so exciting! Can’t wait to see what they have in store for us with the new engine, nerfing(kind of) of op moves, I just love this game and the return so far has been EPIC!!!

Everything because it’s so unique in an all new way. Maya looks better and TJ Combo still looks and plays the same. The new inter face looks freaking amazing.

All the characters for season 2, because even if we don’t get story mode until all the characters are available, it’s still great we can get two characters together to play and only 6 more to be open to the pubic monthly.
I also like to point out my excitement about the stages and there theme’s.
I’m looking forward to seeing how all the new match ups for the rest of the season 2 characters are going to be once everyone is released, also can’t wait to see I.G’s take on the new sets of costumes and accessory’s I liked the season one costumes/accessory’s but I feel like they could have been a lot better.

This might be out there but, the thing I’m most excited for is playing with my family. The Xbox One I had was faulty and it didn’t allow the controllers to synchronize. Then the second controller’s right trigger stopped working out of the blue. Since my dad and brother are PS guys, it was rather annoying having to play with the cables, and then having them pop out randomly during the match. But now I’m days away from receiving my repaired Xbox One (I think it’s a new console). And I’m buying a new controller so we can all play Killer Instinct without any trouble. And it’s awesome because now we’re going to have Stage Ultras which we were all a fan of. But I’m most excited to recreate some classic KI matches like my Glacius vs my dad’s Thunder, my brother’s Cinder and excited to see which character my lil’bro picks besides Jago.
In season 2 I’m looking forward to play as Maya (cause she fits my type of character) and to see new game modes like trials for example.
But what I really want is that the portguese fgc pays more attention to this game.
Im most excited for their to even be a season two. I am a huge fan of the series, and this has ultimately turned out to be the main reason I enjoy my XB1. I love the season 2 balance so far, and am looking forward to the roster growing.
Killer instinct is simply the best fighting game out there, only reason why I purchased the Xbox one , I’m looking forward to the new characters coming up ..=) I would like to see cinder pretty soon …. I’m simply looking forward to the continuation of the Killer Instinct franchise! 2014 marks 20 years since I first played KI in the arcades. I have played more rounds of Killer Instinct over the last 20 years than I have of any other fighting game and I have been gaming since the 80s.
I am thankful that Microsoft decided to bring Killer Instinct back for one more round, one more Ultra, one more Combo Breaker.

Things I look forward to in KI is every character’s unique abilities and moves, since the game is totally new and revamped because of S2, as a different character comes out each month. Can’t wait to try them out! 🙂

Aside, from the new characters and the return of some of the original cast, im anxiously awaiting if the no mercy moves will return to the game and im also curious to see the new game modes. With all of that said (sorry I have one final thing I am looking forward to), im curious to see the way this game can handle online tournaments in its future. I host killer instinct tournaments in my store and online on a website I help moderate and the 8 player lobby can only do so much for hosting online tournaments. Im mostly curious to see how iron galaxy can address this because killer instinct is one beast of a tournament fighter! 🙂

I’m really just looking forward to more characters in general, both returning and new. I’m still looking forward to redesigned versions of several classic characters, but the prospect of brand new ones is just as exciting to me. KI has such strong mechanics already, the addition of new characters can only make it more interesting.
Thing I’m looking forward to the most is the music. Can’t wait to see what Mick has in store for us in Season 2. The music that was in the Maya trailer was so good.
There are so many things that have me infatuated with what season 2 will bring. I can’t even mention the gameplay itself before I praise Mick Gordon for his work on the soundtrack for season 1 and I’m absolutely giddy about what he has up his sleeve for this second season. The release of an official soundtrack reminiscent of Killer Cuts is extremely exciting and I’ve loved the OST variations he has uploaded to youtube already. Next I suppose I should move on to the possible new characters. I’m already pleased to see TJ and Maya on the slate and I REALLY hope to see Cinder and Riptor this season. I love that Iron Galaxy has taken a step beyond re-balancing and given the existing characters completely new specials. This lets us play some characters in a completely different style. That’s a sure fire way to keep a game fresh and exciting. Even though I want to see Cinder and Riptor return I’m just as excited to see the original characters that IG has for us. Mainly because I’m a huge horror fan and KI characters thrive on the horror themes. Just one look at (not a)Mummy and I’m already thrilled. One way or another I’ll get my hands on this next season. Even if I have to skip out on my coffee this month to afford it. Either way, I just really hope to see more and more people pick up this game and make the community bigger and better. KI was long overdue for a sequel and now it’s growing into a powerful franchise and will get the respect it always deserved! You are 100% correct Killer instinct deserves the same respect as street fighter and Tekken. It was so popular when KI and KI2 were in the arcades, in those days street fighter was the king but in 1994 KILLER INSTINCT!!! was its rival. It’s SUPREME to see it revive. I can’t wait till I buy an Xbox One.

I’m excited for new characters. I was excited when spinal and fulgore were getting revealed. Tj and maya are great characters and i’m excited to see more.
I’m excited to get back on the character reveal hype train again. As far as what I’m looking forward to the most; it’s seeing the reimagined/modernized versions of the original KI characters! Their associated stages a close second.
What i am looking forward for KI Season 2 is MORE, MORE, MORE!!! The game and net code playing online are great. The game is strategic, you can always do something to come back during combos. You don’t have to just watch and wait for the combos to end. There are always interaction and decisions during your match more so than other fighting games. That’s my reason why!
I’m looking forward to more of the unbelievably awesome music from Mick Gordon, and hopefully the return of Tusk.

Well my wife is getting me an xbox one for christmas and was gonna get season 1 and 2 together. I played killer instinct at an arcade in 1994 when it came out and am so looking forward to seeing one of my favorite series revamped and make more great memories yo have for years like I did with the original KI games
Honestly right now I am most looking forward to the 3rd character, He has a very dynamic look and could be as great an addition to the roster as Sadira. Hopefully I will be better with him, cause I SUCK with Sadira and I wanted to main her, lol

I am so hyped for so many things, where to start! TJ is amazing as some of us already are playing him but his stage and theme are so hype, cant wait to try it out, also think that we will see a stage ultra in either tjs or mayas stage first, but really hyped that we will be getting stage ultras. Finding out which og characters are coming back will be exciting as I love them all! The new UI is great imo, gets better every time they show it updated! Really curious to see how match results end up helping players because they seem to give you a ton of info on your matches. Obviously Ultimates, but we havent heard too much about them lately which either means something is in the works and they want to “wow” us (referring to Adam Isgreens tweet) or its not in the works atm. Boy, i really just want everything!

I’m looking forward to new characters and the new game play mechanics. The new ultra tech UI looks nice and slick. Also looking forward to the stage ultras, all character dojo, improved story mode and an improved online experience.
I think what I really want is complete season 2. You know the 8 characters, the new mechanics, the new soundtrack, the new modes and interface, everything. And my favorite thing of course is to play with all the KI community, learn new tech, get hype with matches and of course see KI (and try to go) at the main stage on EVO 2015.

Im probably most excited for Maya and the new UI. I do liked the styled look from the first season but at times it was really slow or clunky. Also you the new and remastered character’s for the second season

I can’t wait for season 2! Air recovery and air combo breakers is a game changer, I can’t wait to shut down the air hogs…err.. Air juggle hogs…you get the point. Lol. Also after seeing Maya and TJ combo complete move sets I trust killer instinct is in the right hands. Plus seeing what they did with maya, just wait and see what they do with Cinder…BRING IT ON!!!
