Earlier today, Microsoft tweeted a mysterious message that may be pointing to a brand new character coming to Killer Instinct. The tweet (which you can view here) makes mention of a new “Coalesced Guardian in the form of a Japanese Katana”. At first glance, it’s easy to assume that it’s referring to a new Guardian for use in Shadow Lords. But take a look at this description here from the Guardians archives in Shadow Lords…
Take note of the final three sentences in particular. It refers to the Katana awaiting for its rightful owner. The Katana itself is implied to be a “living being”, just as Tusk’s sword, Warggram, is to him.
So who is the rightful owner then of this Katana? No one else in Killer Instinct wields that particular type of weapon, so we’ll likely be seeing another brand new character released in the future. A Samurai perhaps? We’ll have more info as becomes available, so stay tuned to KIC for the latest news and updates!
Um samurai seria muito bem vindo sim !
Mas que seja um criado pelo própria iron Galaxy e não um samurai convidado , por favor
Chega de personagens convidados , killer instinct é muito grande com certeza dá para serem mais criativos
Scorpion lol
Its just a katana by itself! LOL jk yeah probably!
A samurai would be dope for real…….we are supposed to be getting two more characters……I’m getting excited!!
Let is be samurai Jack
What if it’s Kenshi
Vai jogar Morta Kombat homem
Espero que seja um personagem
É sim, será o novo guardião.
An all-new samurai character coming soon to Killeread Instinct? Get hype! The hype is real! KI 4 life! Long live KI! All on board the KI hype train!
I’m assuming nobody remembers Jago welding Katana’s 1in KI1 and a 1 in KI2 this sword could be another weapon being added to his sword choices. Which in my opinion would be awesome since I don’t like any of his weapons now aside from the giant cleaver.
I’m have no doubt that character and the guardian are the same person, and if in the future they will bring more characters, it will be a great idea bring as a guest Joseph Turok from the Turok 2008 rebbot.
