Microsoft’s Adam Isgreen teased Killer Instinct fans yesterday with some brief information regarding the roster for Season Two. Via Twitter, he said that we can expect to see “new and familiar faces with a wide variety of play styles, and unique combo & fight mechanics for each”. Killer Instinct is expected to be at E3 in just a few, short weeks from now, so we’ll likely be getting our first glimpse at season two and hopefully some hands-on time with a couple of new characters. We’ll have more details soon, so stay tuned here to KIC for the latest news!

So NOT a big fan of Killer Instinct Xbox One, I bet?
The old and new characters should be a great addition to the #xboxone KI franchise, I hope what he meant by “gameplay” is every character is goin to have a different play style like SPAINA AND FULGORE. And new music and stages wouldn’t be too much to ask for? Oh yeah and a rematch option for that battle you could’ve won but #lockedout instead of #combobreaker lol.
Ps I’m waiting on #MAYA, and hoping for the finishers but it is rated #T

And P.S. Now the developers DID say there will be and at the same time they are currently developing No Mercies and Ultimates for KI Season 2 and overall for Killer Instinct. So we can rest assured as well as laid our worries to rest now that No Mercies and Ultimates WILL be implemented into Killer Instinct Season 2 😉
He really didn’t reveal anything we weren’t already expecting. Of course there’s going to be new and returning characters, and of course they’re going to have unique fighting mechanics.
But it’s STILL great KI news nonetheless. Better than no KI news too 😉

what i would like to see are some new stage selections. revamp of classic or new ones. not picky but would love to see them.

I think Orchids stage would make an Epic revamp. Like a pulsated skylight rooftop stage on the Xbox One would be gorgeous.

DIdn’t like that much this kind of news…why such new things already, started by giving us all the old KI characters, more features and mores colors before bring thi kind of thing…just hoping this change will not affect the current gameplay and that the present gameplay became shit…the game si good like he is right now…don’t change anything
Well just to remind u the developers did say that RETURNING (meaning, of course, the rest of the old, original KI characters) characters are coming to Season 2 😉

You already can do an uktra and instinct cancel into an ultimate, I saw shadow jago do it arcade. it’s already been proven before if they use the same mechanic as that
Please I would really love them to make it so you can execute a no mercy out of Ultra combo …that is ideal to me there’s nothing more badass than a jazzy Ultra combo followed by an execution
