Killer Instinct Pin Ultimate Edition owners! The February pin challenge is now live, with a Supreme Victory Pin being the reward for completing the challenge. Here are the official details from Microsoft on what is required to earn yourself that new, shiny pin:

1) Record yourself getting a SUPREME Victory on a Ranked Match. You have to record the entire match, from beginning (characters being presented) to end (SUPREME victory call out).

2) Learn the ins-and-outs of UPLOAD Studio and edit your video to be as awesome as possible.

3) Upload the video to your Skydrive and get a shareable link.

4) Copy that Skydrive link on the
subject line of an email to kinst@microsoft.com.

5) On the message body, explain to us in one paragraph why your SUPREME victory is more SUPREME than anyone else’s. VERY IMPORTANT: You need to use the same email account that you provided in the Pin Promotion registration form OR the one that you use to log into your Microsoft Account. Submissions from other accounts will not match our records and will not be considered.

In addition to the Supreme Victory Pin, five select winners with the best video will also receive the Glacius Pin, so make your video as amazing as possible!

The challenge will end on February 26th at 12:00 PM PST, so make sure you complete it before then to qualify!

Remember, this challenge is only open to owners of the KI Pin Ultimate Edition. The Supreme Victory Pin will be available for purchase for non-owners at a later date, so everyone will still be capable of acquiring the pin. Good luck and may your videos reign SUPREME!!

  1. Dang. I decided to wait until today to do the challenge because I havent had my xbox on because of the Spinal fiasco, but the challenge ended 2 days ago. 🙁 Only 19 days for February’s challenge. This is shorter than I thought it would be.

  2. Yeahhhh, I know I said I wouldn’t do it, but it was actually pretty easy. Didn’t get all flashy with it, just recorded my victory.

  3. Why is this not just an achievement like last time? If you get the achievement for a supreme victory you get the pin, why make it more complicated? Hope whoever does season 2 does a pin edition.

  4. Wait how do you record the entire match, you have to get a video camera or a 3rd party recorder. The only thing I can upload is clips.

    1. You have to utilize Upload Studio, as it says on the post. With that Xbox One app, you can record up to five minutes of gameplay.

      1. Oh I see. I was trying to monkey around with it yesterday but couldn’t figure it out. Obviously I need to dig deeper. Thanks
