I guess change is good sometime but why can’t these dev teams just take a good long look at KI 1&2 interface and just go off those plus I didn’t really like the old one but I’ll take it over this ugly new any day

I prefer S1’s interface as well. More of a KI look. This new one reeks of Injustice.
I like the new UI over Season 1’s UI, mostly from a functionality perspective, but neither has a KI feel at all. Season 1’s UI felt like Street Fighter with it’s weird brush stroke look. Season 2’s UI feels like a sci-fi game with it’s weird glossy borders and purple/pink color palette.
I personally think a proper KI UI/menu style should reflect the fantastic title style used, with metallic stylish font and red backgrounds. If the whole UI was in the style used for the title screen, I would be super happy.

It looks red/black to me, its just the camera recording a tv screen that makes the colors look off.

Shadow jago is an skin so they put it as an retro costume when you select jago he come up under his retro
