The issues plaguing ranked matches following January’s update have been somewhat reversed. As you all likely know, after the update launched, it has been really difficult starting a ranked match with a) extended wait periods and b) getting matches repetitively with the same player. Now, the setup has been reverted back to its previous state before, the patch, so now you’ll be facing opponents of all ranks, reducing the chance of facing the same opponent and shortening your wait times.

What has not yet been corrected is the broken jail system. So if you’re rage quitted on, you will still be thrown into jail, so bear that in mind before hopping online to play. A patch is currently in the works and should be dropping soon that will be addressing this issue. So please wait just a bit longer for the fix to come through.

More updates and news coming soon, so stay tuned here to KIC for the latest!
