That’s right! New fighters will be making their way into Killer Instinct. This news broke in the video posted today about the 3.6 patch coming to Killer Instinct tomorrow.
With the update you will notice empty character selection slots. The reason being new fighters will be added starting with Kilgore in the beginning of January. We don’t know much else about this new fighter but more details will be given in the coming weeks! Watch the announcement for yourself below in video posted by the Killer Instinct team.

i had to update the console first,sofar working good :/
at the moment trying to sort out the issue i have with the latest patch. im tryin to play KI window pops up saying KI needs an update,as soon as i hit the update it says something wrong with the update…now connection is perfect,all my other games working fine there is some 300 GB of free space left on the console….any ideas?

Killer Instinct is good enough with it’s own chars (and Xbox guests).
But I like the idea of stage ultras, though.
I hope the finishers coming back that bring more ki costumer to the game soon later I think they bring back the nomercy an ultimate they might well call it ultimate 1 & 2 new finishing moves
If it is just reskins…im out. This game is slowly spiraling. Its like they arent even listening to the fan base….

Well, someone cares about the character model. I dont mind the Kilgore, because it could be a precursor to the Fulgore unit. But if its shadow orchid or something less original…then yeah..just getting lazy.

Oh man three new characters I cant wait killgore looks like some military version of Fulgore malfunctioning i wonder what the other two will be in all reality I hope its NOT shadow orchid or shadow to combo I want real new characters not just some reskins of old characters with a couple different moves keep up the great work guys
