The Prima Official Game Guide for Killer Instinct includes all 8 characters for season one. What does that mean? Those who bought it should have received it by now or will be soon. Below is one of the design concepts for Fulgore that is included in the book. The design matches closely to what we saw in the tease so this could be his final form.

I wish they took a little more risk with the design.
Well the article did say this is ONE OF the design concepts for Fulgore and at the same time this COULD be Fulgore’s final form. Which means there is a good possibility that the designers would make some more redesigns as well as new additional features to Fulgore. So we just have to wait and see for Fulgore’s new and final reveal when it is finally his turn to be shown
