How do I access this retro costume? I don’t want to buy the game until I understand how to do so, and it’s not clear at all.
Do I get the retro costumes if I buy the Definitive Edition? (current DE as of Feb.18/2017)

So I really hope this isn’t the end of killer instinct, now having all 8 characters of season three released. I just feel like it still isn’t completed without the ultimate. Am I the only one that feels like this?

Yeah I agree. I think it’s safe to say Ultimates won’t come but you never know.

He still has two heads in the new one… they’re just cut in a third on both sides so that it has the new creepy back from the dead vibe… But this retro is absolutely perfect.
It seems to me by the cut it’s more 1 head cut in 1/2
